Hindustan Zinc asked us to create an AGM film that showcased a full year’s accomplishments, achievements, and growth targets for stakeholders, investors, partners, and internal teams—without feeling like a stretched PowerPoint.
Through our deep-diving research, we found that most AGM films across large organisations were long (10–20 minutes), overly formal, and unengaging. We saw an opportunity to break the stereotype and turn the AGM into an experience.
We framed the challenge: condense a financial year into a short, energetic film that still communicates all essentials with credibility. NUGGET — This is the New Age.
Through our strategic planning, we asked to shoot each pillar of achievement authentically, using real teams in real environments—no stock, no staged corporate clichés. We built a fast, celebratory visual language where data punctuated emotion, not the other way around.
Pre-Production (added): Ideation, Script Writing, Mood Board, Shot Listing, Scheduling, Location/visual Enhancements to ensure on-ground authenticity and pace.
We distilled the year into 2 minutes. For the first time at HZL, the AGM felt like a celebration—the film set the tone for pride and progress and was later shared across platforms as a new benchmark for AGM storytelling.
