Penguin Mattress wanted to showcase transparent processes—from manufacturing to design and branding—to build trust.

Through our deep-diving research, we found the category often feels impersonal. The opportunity was to bring viewers inside the brand’s home and show the people behind the product.

We needed to balance technical credibility (materials, processes, QC) with warmth (real people, real care).

Through our strategic planning, we ran stakeholder sessions, wrote a VO that joined idea + process, did detailed recces & enhancements of production spaces, and cast real team members to keep performances natural and truthful—so the film felt like an invitation, not an ad.
